Get ready for a fun and upbeat workout using...a chair!!! The chair is used as a tool to do certain exercises, as well as a prop to incorporate sensual dance movements. You will learn some sizzling chair positions and will be amazed at the muscle and resistance this class will challenge you with. Heels optional.
FLOOR PLAY ™
Learn how to work the floor like a pro! Not only is this class fun you will also learn to move your body in ways that you could never imagine. This class focuses on increasing flexibility through active and passive stretching, core strength building, and improving the fluidity of your "floorplay" dance moves. Heels optional.
JIGGLE IT ™
Want some fries with that shake?This class is completely dedicated to a woman's best asset....her butt!!! Learn how to jiggle it, shake it, and roll it! Let us get that butt into tip top shape! BRING KNEEPADS.
Get your body bombshell ready! Have fun in our "bombshell playground" where we will incorporate chair dance, floorplay, pole conditioning and much more! This is a total body exotic conditioning class! Core, legs, and upper body will all be targeted in fun sensual way!
VIDEO VIXEN WORKOUT
This class is designed to transform ordinary dance to an extraordinary performance.
Video Vixen blends choreography inspired by popular music videos and movies, served with a PoleLaTeaz twist. This pole dance class focuses on slow and controlled movements which will improve your balance, endurance,core strength, and fluidity. You will learn a mini routine consisting of sensual dance, sexy poses,pole dance filler/transitional moves, and seductive floorwork. FANTASY TRICKS AND TRANSITIONS

Come for this fun and creative exotic dance conditioning class. Each class will target: total body conditioning, building endurance, and fun!!! INTRO TO SPINNING POLE
This drop in class will get you acquainted with the basics of spinning pole and show you things that will make your head spin! A must for those who would like to take spinning pole workshops and 4 week series in the future! Please wear shorts. Heels optional. NOTE: Must have minimum two (2) months pole experience... NO EXCEPTIONS
JIGGLE IT POLE JAM
A super fun combo of your favorites - hot pole maneuvers and jiggling! This class teaches you a routine incorporating the pole and your best asset! No pole experience required. Heels encouraged but not required.
Getting it in like never before! This class starts with 30 minutes of intense cardio followed by 30 minutes of deep stretching. Work on your figure and flexibility all in 60 minutes!
This class focuses on stretching and strengthening your core muscles (pelvis, hips, and abdominals) to seductive and sexy music. We will also be incorporating sensual dance and floorwork to round out the total body experience. This class will also help to eliminate stress and increase your flexibility.
HOTTIE BODY BOOTCAMP
Hottie Body Bootcamp is a women’s only fitness class, designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals by utilizing fun, challenging, and invigorating activities (utilized indoors and outdoors) Challenge yourself by blasting your metabolism, increasing your strength, and building endurance. But this isn’t any old boot camp! Pack a pair tennis shoes, heels, shorts/capris and tanks, and let’s go hard!
You do not have to be in excellent shape, this class is designed to work out anybody, at any fitness level. Every class is a full body workout, which you will continuously be challenged to get fit, have fun, and improve your health!

An introductory hip hop dance class that uses 8-count structured choreography to translate rhythmic movements into a cohesive workout. This class will incorporate cardio and sexy and bring hip hop to life with every step. Learn to dance and flow like Honey.
LUSCIOUS LEGS, ABS, & ASSETS
This cardio class focuses all of its attention on your lower half. We will work everything from your abs down to the tips of your toes with special attention on your glutes as well. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

It's time to link all the moves you know together in this sexy drop in class. We will focus on getting up the pole and staying there connecting a sequence of moves that you may have never thought of! Prepare to amaze yourself with all you know are able to put in a sequence. Level 2 and higher.

This class consists of 20 minutes of conditioning, free style dancing to 3-4 song sets to build stamina, and 20 minutes of deep stretching. Feel the burn and see results.
