What You Love Most About Pole/Sensual Dancing: I love getting lost in the music and movement while discovering what my body is physically capable of. Pole dancing is so encouraging because you can see tangible results each week. I get a little stronger, more flexible, and more fluid each time I train. That sense of accomplishment makes me feel strong and sexy...and keeps me coming back for more. I am happiest when I see my students discover this for themselves. PoleLaTeaz changed my body and strengthened my spirit.
