FLOOR PLAY ™
Learn how to work the floor like a pro! Not only is this class fun you will also learn to move your body in ways that you could never imagine. This class focuses on increasing flexibility through active and passive stretching, core strength building, and improving the fluidity of your "floorplay" dance moves. Heels optional.
JIGGLE IT ™
Want some fries with that shake?This class is completely dedicated to a woman's best asset....her butt!!! Learn how to jiggle it, shake it, and roll it! Let us get that butt into tip top shape! Heels optional
This pole dance class focuses on slow and controlled movements which will improve your balance, endurance,core strength, and fluidity. You will learn a mini routine consisting of sensual dance, sexy poses,pole dance filler/transitional moves, and seductive floorwork. Open to all levels. VIDEO VIXEN WORKOUT
This class is designed to transform ordinary dance to an extraordinary performance. Video Vixen blends choreography inspired by popular music videos and movies, served with a PoleLaTeaz twist. Come master your inner vixen with this cardio workout, while strengthening your thighs, glutes, and abs. Ladies, get ready to be come a showstopper! All levels are welcome. High heels are optional
This class is designed to master “pole-ography”. Pole Vixen combines choreographed dance routines with pole spins to create a dynamic show. Add spice to your pole dancing skills, while perfecting transitions and artistry through this total body workout. All levels are welcome. High heels are encouraged, but optional.
SPIN AND TEAZ
Learn a new routine each class that combines aerial spins, floorwork, and pole filler moves. This will help students find flow, grace, and style. Plus learn new pole spins and variations. Must have at least 2 months pole dance experience or Level 2-6. THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS. IT IS EXPECTED THAT YOU KNOW HOW TO DO BASIC SPINS & POLE MANEUVERS SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY.
Want to become more flexible and toned? This class is a touch of yoga, sensual stretching, lengthening, ab work, and partner stretching. Open to all levels. This is an essential class for our all students.
