We all come together to offer our students an innovative, sexy workout that works no matter where you've been or what your experience.

Favorite Stage Name:
Angel or Hotsauce

Favorite Pole Spin:
That's hard.... I would have to say the back hook spin

Favorite Pole Invert (upside down trick):
That's hard also. I would have to say the "Cobra". It kicks my butt physically, but that is why it rocks!

Favorite Songs for Pole Dancing:
Slow: "Luxurious" by Gwen Stefani & "The City That Never Sleeps" by the Eurythmics / Fast: "Jump Around" House of Pain, "Pass the Courvoisier" Busta Rhymes, "Ready to Go" Republica

Body Part with the Most Benefit from Pole Dancing:
The physical benefits are amazing. I am in the best shape of my life. This is the best way to workout....I have found an exercise program that is addictive!(The best kind of exercise). The part of my body that has toned up the most from pole dancing is my stomach and arms!

What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
I love being airborne! There is no other feeling like it! I love to see our students faces when they get a spin and the friendships that are formed in our dance courses and fitness classes.

Our Instructor Cheryl
Cheryl

Cheryl also comes from a nursing background. With her sweet demeanor you may not pick her out for the "shake & jiggle" expert that she is - but this girl can move! Find out at one of our upcoming workshops. More about Cheryl? Read on!

What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
I love the sense of accomplishment when you learn a new spin and can execute it perfectly. I also love being able to share with other women the feeling of empowerment and increased confidence you develop through each level.

Eva

Favorite Stage Name:

Favorite Pole Spin:
The Rollie Pollie. I struggled with it for a really long time until I finally got it. Now it’s so much fun to do.

Favorite Pole Invert (upside down trick):
Pole snake!

Favorite Floor Work Move:
Backward flip into the scorpion.

Favorite Songs for Exotic Dancing:
It fluctuates depending on my mood. But, when I can’t decided on a song, anything by Evanescence will make me move!

Body Part with the Most Benefit from Pole Dancing:
My hips and torso! I was unbelievably stiff when I first learned the hip roll and torso roll, but with lots of practicing, these movements are now engrained in my muscle memory and I can do them all day long!

What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
I love the individual sexiness, creativity, and passion each woman brings to their exotic dancing. Watching my students graduate and perform by themselves is one of my favorite parts of teaching! And I love that there’s no 8-count in exotic dancing!

What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
Getting to dress up and completely let loose. Favorite part about teaching it: Seeing women do the same thing I love to do and come out the other end with that "strut" - the transformation from day one to the last day is fabu!

What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
I can express my 28 years of classical dance training however, I can be myself and show my individuality. Exotic dance allows me to show my sensuality, showcase the moves I have learned at PoleLa Teaz, as well as the dance moves I have created on my own.

Darcey

Favorite Stage Name:
"Sindy" (for when I get to be a student) or "Amazon" (for when I'm teaching)

Favorite Pole Spin:
No question on this one... the Fairy!

Favorite Pole Invert (upside down trick):
When I finally got the Pole Snake down, I was so proud! And then transitioning it into a Hooked Handstand finishes it off so well.

Favorite Floor Work Move:
Fan Kicks are amazingly graceful, and with the right tempo, so sexy at the same time.

Favorite Songs for Exotic Dancing:
I'm a rock'n'roll girl by nature, so "Hey Man Nice Shot" by Filter, "Sweet Dreams" by Marilyn Manson and "More Human Than Human" by White Zombie are always good bets. But if "Bounce" by Timbaland starts playing, there's no way I can sit still!

Body Part with the Most Benefit from Pole Dancing:
My legs! My calves and thighs are so much stronger from dancing and jumping around in 5" heels (and my balance is even better), and it makes me want to wear even shorter skirts and shorts in class... if going shorter were even possible!

What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
There is such a sense of freedom about it. When you walk into the studio, you can leave your "daytime" persona at the door and learn so much about yourself just from dancing around and spending some quality time with yourself. And the environment in the studio with all of the other students and instructors is such a supportive and positive place - we're always cheering each other on in class - and who doesn't love to hear applause surrounding them when you're showing off on stage?
