Instructors
There is no one "type" of woman who pole dances. We come from all kinds of different backgrounds.
We have instructors that range from classically trained dancers to lifelong athletes. We all come together to
offer our students an innovative, sexy workout that works no matter where you've been or what your experience.

Favorite Songs for Exotic Dancing:
It fluctuates depending on my mood. But, when I can’t decided on a song, anything by Evanescence will make me move!
Body Part with the Most Benefit from Pole Dancing:
My hips and torso! I was unbelievably stiff when I first learned the hip roll and torso roll, but with lots of practicing, these movements are now engrained in my muscle memory and I can do them all day long!
What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
I love the individual sexiness, creativity, and passion each woman brings to their exotic dancing. Watching my students graduate and perform by themselves is one of my favorite parts of teaching! And I love that there’s no 8-count in exotic dancing!

Darcey
Favorite Stage Name:
"Sindy" (for when I get to be a student) or "Amazon" (for when I'm teaching)
Favorite Pole Spin:
No question on this one... the Fairy!
Favorite Pole Invert (upside down trick):
When I finally got the Pole Snake down, I was so proud! And then transitioning it into a Hooked Handstand finishes it off so well.
Favorite Floor Work Move:
Fan Kicks are amazingly graceful, and with the right tempo, so sexy at the same time.
Favorite Songs for Exotic Dancing:
I'm a rock'n'roll girl by nature, so "Hey Man Nice Shot" by Filter, "Sweet Dreams" by Marilyn Manson and "More Human Than Human" by White Zombie are always good bets. But if "Bounce" by Timbaland starts playing, there's no way I can sit still!
Body Part with the Most Benefit from Pole Dancing:
My legs! My calves and thighs are so much stronger from dancing and jumping around in 5" heels (and my balance is even better), and it makes me want to wear even shorter skirts and shorts in class... if going shorter were even possible!
What You Love Most About Pole Dancing:
There is such a sense of freedom about it. When you walk into the studio, you can leave your "daytime" persona at the door and learn so much about yourself just from dancing around and spending some quality time with yourself. And the environment in the studio with all of the other students and instructors is such a supportive and positive place - we're always cheering each other on in class - and who doesn't love to hear applause surrounding them when you're showing off on stage?
