This “All-In-One” aerial training is great for anyone who is just getting started on their journey to teaching aerial arts and wants a strong foundation on the most popular apparatuses: pole, aerial hoop, and aerial silks/sling.

PREREQUISITES

It is highly recommended that you have at least 6 months experience on at least ONE aerial apparatus (pole, aerial hoop, or aerial sling)

what you will learn

• Detailed instruction on approximately 30 fundamental skills on Pole, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Sling

• Warm ups and Cool Downs

• Conditioning exercises for all 3 apparatuses

• Spotting techniques

• Safety and Injury Prevention Tips

• Basic Physiology and Anatomy (as it relates to aerial dance)

• How to structure beginner tricks classes

• Teaching methodologies and Cueing for auditory, visual and kinesthetic learners

• Modifications and progressions

• Classroom management

• Teaching Clinics (Master Trainer will assess abilities to instruct aerial tricks)

• Access to video library of all moves taught during training

• Certificate of Completion
